How have eStatements improved?

• Clear and easy to read.
• Interactive with the ability to search for items and print individual check copies.
• A built in calculator to help balance your account—just click on the RECON tab.
• View via your O2 Online Banking account—you only have one password to remember.
• Larger check image for better viewing.
• Better, easier to read transaction descriptions.
• Easy to use search feature to assist in locating specific transactions by amount, date or check number. Copies of individual checks (cleared in last 90 days) can be viewed and printed separate from a full statement copy.
• 16 months of statements will be available for online viewing—starting with August of 2010 statements.
• A notice via e-mail is sent each time a new eStatement is ready for viewing via O2 Online Banking.
• eStatements can be printed or downloaded to a computer.
• eStatements are available for any O2 savings, checking or money market account. All that is needed is O2 Online Banking and a valid e-mail address.

• I already receive eStatements (NetStatements) and have O2 Online Banking (NetTeller)

  For those who already have an O2 Online Banking account and receive eStatements, the following instructions will help you transition to our newly improved eStatements.

  Log onto your online banking account and go to the eStatement Tab at the top of the page. Follow the set-up process and agree to the terms and conditions to verify that you read about the new format changes. Then select the deposit accounts that are available for your viewing. Any linked deposit account is eligible to have eStatements delivered online.

• I do not have O2 Online Banking and/or eStatements

  For those who would like to sign up for our new eStatements and/or O2 Online Banking, the following information will guide you through the process.

  Once you receive your user ID and temporary password, log onto O2 Online Banking and click on the eStatement Tab at the top of the page. Follow the set-up process by agreeing to the terms and conditions. You’ll also need to verify that you’ve read about the new format. Then select the deposit accounts that are available for your viewing. Any linked deposit account is eligible to have eStatements delivered online. Accounts can be added to your online accounts and eStatement option at any time.
